All reach cards contain a NFC chip inside that wirelessly carries your information.
If you tap the card on compatible phones, a link will open up with the digital profile that is ready to
be saved to the phone. For older phones which doesn't read NFC, we recommend you can choose
the QR code options which can be printed on the card surface. This option can be made in
customization page.
1: Choose the products you need and add to Shopping Cart.
2: Follow instruction to complete Customization.
3: Proceed to Checkout, select Coupon Code if you have one, choose Payment Method, fill in
Delivery Address, and your Order is confirmed.
*Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified, please be sure to verify everything
before submitting.
You will receive a Confirmation Email in your registered email account within 1 hours.
* Delays might occur under special circumstance. Check your junk box if necessary.

We accept Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay), Apple Pay,
Alipay Pay, Wechat Pay etc... Please check updates via Payment Page.
We accept all currencies that the reach website provides.

For HK Area: You may enjoy free shipping for orders above HKD 500
Your order will be shipped out within 5 days. Tracking details will be emailed to your registered
email address when it’s ready.

Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau,
Lamma Island and other outlying island areas, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok,
P.O. Box addresses and restricted areas
For Macau and Other countries:
reachNFC welcome orders from all over the world. A pay at arrival will be arranged in this case.

Replacement Policy
- For quality issues on goods, please contact us by email within 5 days after receiving your order.
Case will not be handled after the grace period. Please notify the customer service department
immediately for follow-up and arrangement. If the good needs to be returned to us, our CS will
arrange relevant shipment, and such relevant freight will be covered by the buyer. You should keep
the goods properly and keep all the packaging materials. Reach reserves the right of this replacement policy.
- The company is not responsible for any undeliverable/lost delivery due to wrong address/telephone number
entered by the buyer.
- Customers are responsible for all logistics costs arising from repeated deliveries. Please make sure
the shipping details are correct before submitting orders.

NFC technology can only perform at a close distance. It interacts at a point-to-point manner and requires double
verification when sharing information. Confidentiality and Security should not be a concern.
In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision. The company reserve to right to reject order
under the local law and regulation. The company reserves the right to suspend, change or terminate the above
services/offers, and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
ReachNFC is as secure as any new-age technology and as safe as the information you put on it. It only works within an inch of a compatible device, and can only share, rather than extract information.
In addition, there is no financial information stored. All details shared are typically details you will have on any of your traditional business cards.
